1. About the Platform

WeAreAgain is a platform where garments are exchanged and their history is preserved.

Garments move between people. Each movement adds to their record.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. What WeAreAgain Is (and Is Not)

WeAreAgain provides infrastructure for peer-to-peer garment exchange.

Garments are exchanged directly between users. They are not sold by the Platform.

WeAreAgain does not own listed garments, does not act as a reseller, does not inspect or authenticate items, and does not guarantee condition, quality, or authenticity.

The Platform provides structure only. Users are responsible for their own decisions and exchanges.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require account creation.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the Platform responsibly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Exchanges Between Users

Exchanges are voluntary agreements between users.

WeAreAgain does not participate in negotiations, does not handle shipping, does not guarantee completion, and is not responsible for disputes between users.

All exchanges are undertaken at users' own risk.

5. Records & Notes

Each garment may accumulate a record over time.

When submitting a note, you acknowledge that the note becomes part of the garment's history, notes cannot be edited once published, and the record may remain visible as long as it exists within the Platform.

By submitting content, you grant WeAreAgain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, preserve, and archive your contribution within the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

6. Archival Integrity

WeAreAgain is built on the continuity of records.

To preserve that continuity: published notes cannot be edited, records are maintained as originally submitted, and completed exchanges remain part of the garment's trajectory.

This permanence is structural.

The archive is not designed for revision, rewriting, or retrospective modification.

By participating in the Platform, users acknowledge that their contributions become part of a continuous record that may persist independently of individual ownership.

We will not alter or remove records except where required by applicable law, or in cases involving unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating content.

In exceptional circumstances, users may contact us regarding concerns about previously submitted content. Any such requests will be evaluated carefully, with preservation of archival continuity as a primary consideration.

7. Fees (If Introduced)

WeAreAgain may introduce exchange fees, membership fees, or publication fees.

Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers.

8. Responsible Use

You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person, attempt to manipulate or exploit the exchange system, or engage in unauthorized commercial resale.

Violation may result in content removal or account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeAreAgain shall not be liable for disputes between users, damage, loss, or delay of garments, inaccurate descriptions, or indirect or consequential damages.

The Platform is provided "as is."

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
